Likely Risk of std transmition of Syphilis and gonorrhea from Anal oral with CSW

I had a drunken episode with a sex worker in soho london,  UK the ones with the with 'model' written outside and you walk up.

I guess they get all sorts of people coming in and they are mainly from Eastern Europe.  Not sure if they work for themselves or have a pimp.

Anyway about 14 days ago I performed Anal oral on one of these sex workers (she sat on my face) I was drunk so didn't even take any notice if she had sores or anything and didn't get a good look due to the position I was in.

So I don't have any sores or any bad throat so what is the likelyhood something may be brewing inside me and show itself in the next week or so?

Can Syphilis transmit from anus to mouth or lips even if there are not cuts etc.

Also gonorrhea would only transmit if I had swallowed the secretions right?

I have a wife so I am not having sex or really kissing her although I have kissed lightly on lips.  Is there a risk of transmition to her?

I had a full test after 27 days exposure the clinic told me should be fine for all STDs. It all came back clear but I now feel a sore inside top lip.  I can't say it's raised or massively visible but I can see it on closer inspection and feel the roughness with my tongue. Do I need another test or this is likely something else like I bit my lip?

Could this be syphilis even though my blood test came back negative from London based STD clinic.

Do you think herpes is something I need to worry about I thought it couldn't cause any serious harm?

Thanks for answeeing.  Do you not think oral Chlamydia or gonorrhea are a poasiblity?

I am almost 4 weeks after possible exposure and no noticeable sores which is good. The clinic said it can test Chlamydia and gonorrhea at 2 weeks and syphilis at 4 weeks. Should I wait 6 weeks then is the 4 weeks incorrect and inaccurate ?

Herpes is not serious though right does this need a test?
