I found a blue/ purple spot on my **** head. What could this be?

I am freaking out!! About 2 weeks ago I found this purple spot on my penis and I'm worried it's something really bad. At first I didn't really care because it's painless and I thought it would be gone in 48 hrs. Well it's still there after 2 weeks and I doubt it's just a bruise at this point.
I've recently (December 31st 2016) engaged in unprotected oral sex with two people - i got sucked off for like 40 minutes by both. My last STD-test was December 17th 2016 which came back negative for everything.
I'm scared this is the first stage of Syphillis... I have a few pictures of the spot:

I'm reluctant to go to the GP because I'm under my parents' insurance so while they won't be able to find out why I was there, they will find out I paid a visit.
