Likely STD exposure via oral sex
Last week I was in South Africa and got too drunk and I let a girl perform oral sex on me to completion. I suspect she is a sex worker, although she did not ask for any money. At one point the side of my penis rubbed the inside of her thighs but there was no penetration anywhere.
Based on many other posts, it seems like there is little to worry about, but I guess I'm paranoid because I was in South Africa where STD's (HIV especially) are more common than in the EU or USofA.
Any thoughts or advice?

thank you grace. it has been 2-3 weeks and i now see a single bump within my pubic hair area at the base of my stomach and it is a little sore/itch. does this sound atypical of herpes? could this simply be a boil or ingrown hair?
thanks. what symptoms should I be aware of? and if i have them later, won't i have a possibility of transmitting something now?
in general we don't recommend testing from oral sex unless you develop symptoms.
