UNPROTECTED ORAL SEX TIP OF THE PENIS PAIN WITHOUT ANY SYMPTOMS

I have seen the same question but still not satisfied with the treatment basis. I had unprotected oral sex 20 days ago. I have no symptoms except for the burning pain on & off at the tip of the penis and the urethra. I have tested for stds and all came negative. I have no other complications just the palpitations of fear. I am taking cipro for the past three days without any progress. I feel i should start cotrimazole but still waiting because of no other symptoms. But the burning pain and worrys is a disturbance. I need to know the following.
01) is this any std?
02) how long will it take to recover
03) will this spread to my fiance
04) is this herpes, though i dont have any symptoms.

Thank you.

Maybe a blade infection or some type of ngu or bacterial infection/fungal infection, maybe a yeast infection, but generally they test for most of those in a urinalysis, but that's my experience with my doctors. Herpes I would say probably not, as it's been 20 days with no signs, it usually shows up by day 10 and rarely out to 20. Hsv1 is generally what is on the mouth and is harder to spread to the genitals, it is possible and is on the rise do to oral sex, but the information above suggests you don't have it because the symptoms are very much like a typical herpes outbreak, not the ones where it's a rash that you hear about online, as well as its very very rare to have an outbreak just inside your penis, you would most surely have sores outside as well.
