Abdominal pain?

I just recently received oral sex from a girl. Then the day after i had abdominal pain other than that I am a little more tired than usual but the abdominal pain is slight and constant all of the time Ive had the pain for about 3-4 days now i am wondering if it could be an std or am i just paranoid making myself sick sort of?

also paranoia can make your self sick.i tested negative for all my stds so far and the first few days after the actual sex i was sick because i was so nervous, your mind can do crazy things.but i actually knew it was all in my head.

your risk from oral sex is low.and you wouldnt get symtomps one day after.since you got it the day after and it continued for days i dont think its an std.but why not get check for a peace of mind since your risk was low relax :)
