Lower abdominal pain

I recieved oral sex and fingering from a guy on sept 15th and next day i started having severe abdominal pain. We didnt had intercourse. I had somw pain before the activity as well. I was advised to take antibiotics and still have pain at times. I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency. I am worried if i got the infection from him and he also claims he feels scrotal pain. Any suggestion of what could be the reason? If its STI ..
