I had an encounter with an escort the other night. She rimmed my anus and then used her saliva as lube to finger my anus. I don’t have a rash or bumps of any kind, but I’m very concerned I have caught an std. the escort said she was clean when I asked the next day after the fact, but she didn’t seem the most hygienic in my opinion. Is it possible to have the exact symptoms of an std/sti the next day? Please help me my anxiety is going to make me have a heart attack!!

So first, it is very unlikely that you'd get an STD from this, though it is possible.

You'd also not get symptoms of an STD that quickly. It takes at least 2 days for symptoms of an STD to appear.

So what's happening? Well, how rough was the fingering? Maybe you have some irritation or minor injury. Saliva as lube is generally not enough.

If you really are only getting a couple of drops of urine, and haven't fully voided your bladder in what - 4 days? - you need to see a doctor TODAY. This is an urgent medical situation. Go to an urgent care or an ER. Seriously. Do this today.

You're cold and clammy, have diarrhea, pain, and can't empty your bladder. This is an urgent medical situation.

I don't know if it's an injury or prostatitis or what, but GO TO THE ER OR AN URGENT CARE. Be honest with them about what happened. It's a must. You don't have to tell them it was escort, but tell them you had anal fingering and rimming.

I apologize I should have been more specific I have been peeing but it’s just like I have to go way more frequent that normal and sometimes it’s just a little squirt even though if feels like I have to pee a lot. That started the next morning and I’m still experiencing it today. An the fingering wasn’t very rough she only went in and out maybe 3 or 4 times  max it didn’t last long at all. Today 5 days after the event I can not stop itching down there on my anus and testicles they are tingling a lot. If it’s only 5 days after will a std/sti test be very accurate? I’m very worried I have a wife and I don’t want to ruin my life with one dumb ass mistake i honestly hate myself for what I have done.

Honestly, it sounds like you have prostatitis or maybe a UTI, which is just really poorly timed with this event.

The chances that this is an STI are very close to zero. Testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia will be accurate today, but it will have to be an anal swab, not a urine test.

Just go get seen somewhere. Let me know what happens.
