And antivirals don't work on bacteria.
;)
Exactly. Also, antibiotics don't work on a virus anyway!

A little story of getting antibiotics just anywhere.
I was able to get some flaggi for a cold I had, (it wasn't prescribed, but I took a little less than a weeks worth) and I though I felt better. This was a bad mistake. In fact I was allergic to them, and had breathing problems with it. Guess what? a couple weeks later I got infected with MRSA, a systemic infection.
Very ichy, and had an abscess, on my upper buttocks. Had to have mini surgery a couple times to drain the lesion, as it keep infecting me. Good thing I had medical insurance.
Don't ever take antibiotics on your own!
You really need to see a doctor to get properly diagnosed. Taking antibiotics you buy online may just make the organism resistant to the antibiotic or it may not be the right drug for the infection. How do you know it is infected rather than a canker sore or a burn from eating or drinking something hot? There are many antibiotics and most have side effects that can be really bad. A lot of drugs on line are not even at the dose they say they are. Also, only some bacteria are sensitive to mnocycline or a particular antibiotic . You can't just take an antibiotic and expect it to work unless you know what bacteria you have and which antibiotics work for it and if that particular strain is resistant to start with.
Hello Peter,
It usually helps us if you have a question or want to share a potential risk.
Please see a physician for the correct dosage and correct diagnosis.
