Massage parlor visit

About a month ago I went to a massage parlor and very stupidly got a erotic massage.  It was all innocent until the very end.  She touched my bare penis with lubrication, and I touched her vagina.  I did not insert my fingers into her and I was very conscious about whether there were secretions on my hand.  There was none that I was aware of.  I also believe that I did not touch myself with that same hand as I am very paranoid about that type of thing and doubt I would have. I can't remember for certain, but I don't think I did.
I have been extremely paranoid lately and have become aware of every itch and discomfort.  I went to get tested today and the doctor basically hurried me out the room and wouldn't really answer any questions.  Basically I said that there are sometimes when there is a slight burning after I pee.  I want to say this is common for me but I am so paranoid I don't know what is normal anymore.  She inspected me and didn't find any discharge or swollen glands.  She said it was urethritis and gave me two pills of Azithromycin.  She said that would clear up anything non gonorrhea in a week.  If it's gonorrhea I get my tests in a week and a half.
Here are my questions:
What are the chances that this infection came from that experience?  I haven't been with anyone else.
Where else could this possibly have come from if not that?
Will those two pills really clear this up?
What are the chances that this is all in my head and the doctor was just giving me pills just in case?
I had gonorrhea three years ago, is it possible it didn't completely go away and has been dormant, or I just haven't really noticed it?

If she just used her hands, you aren't at any risk for anything here.  If you have urethritis, its not from this encounter.

Your contact was no risk. The dose to treat Chlamydia is 1000 mg or 4 250 mg tablets of azythromycin. This dose may not treat NGU. The chances you are worrying for nothing are great. You didn`t mention if you were treated for the gonorrhea. You also didn`t mention if your Doctor tested you in her office.
