STI transmission (bacterial/viral) with lambskin

First of all I want to thank everyone that has previously replied on this forum, including the doctors.  I think this website goes the furthest in giving accurate clinical advice and reassuring people.

I'm a 35 year old male who is married and in my not so proudest drunk moment, I solicited an escort 1.5 weeks ago.  This is the first time I have ever done this. She gave me about 10 minutes of oral sex and then had about 10-15 minutes of vaginal sex.  We used a lambskin condom for both oral and vaginal.  At the time i bought the condoms, i was drunk and didnt read the packaging closely and didn't realize until later that they are not fda approved for reducing the spread of STIs, especially HIV.  I know I am probably overthinking this but after researching extensively on the internet, there is no hard data on transmission of bacterial infections (chlamydia/gonorrhea or trichomoniasis) with the use of these types of condoms.  There seem to be studies that show leakage some leakage of HIV virus and more extensive leakage of Hep B virus.  It seems to make sense that an intact barrier (even if porous like lambskin) should prevent fluid from the male from touching the female and vice versa.

Anyways, after the encounter I felt very guilty about the whole thing, freaked out severely about harming my wife and got antibiotics prescribed to me by someone who works in healthcare (azithromycin).  I didn't have any symptoms and 4 days after taking the antibiotics I had unprotected sex with my wife.  I didn't realize until after this that most recommendations are to wait 7 days after abx to have sex. I can't sleep at night thinking I may have infected her with a bacterial infection too as maybe the antibiotics hadn't kicked in yet.

I guess my questions are:
1) What are the chances that an intact lambskin condom prevents against contracting a bacterial infection?
2) What are the chances that antibiotics clear the infection within 4 days (assuming I had it), instead of the recommended 7?

I plan on going to get tested this week just to make sure.  I've read the previous posts in this forum about lambskin condoms and they seem to be reassuring but its just not as common as latex condoms.  I would be a lot more reassured if I had used latex.  Thanks in advance for the advice, it's truly appreciated.

Hi, 1.
even with out a condom the risk are quite low from a one time affair even though its consider high risk activity with out a condom but you fall into a low risk group.
2. at 4 days would not be sufficient time to be 100% sure.
Using a lambskin, the bigger risks would be herpes and syphilis are as topical but if she did not have any genital or mouth sores at the time its close to zero risk.
Dont loose sleep over this just get tested at the correct window period for your wifes protection.
