Clap test 1 positive 1 NEGITIVE

Hi there... So my bf and I have been together for two years and I have recently found out we are expecting. While doing testing for that during my Pap test my doctor called me back saying I've contracted chlymidia. I asked her if I could have only contracted it from my partner and she said yes.  I told my bf and was very upset bcuz it means he would have cheated on me in order to contract this... He went to get tested and it came back NEGITIVE! He has been the only guy I've never used protection with and only the second guy I've slept with.   So he accused me of cheating bcuz I had it and he doesn't. We have been having sex again about two weeks ago we started and have continued to now. I have had vaginal itchiness, and now burning (same as before I got tested and proved I was positive)  how could he be NEGITIVE if he's the only one I've been with?! Can he be a carrier and it not show?

were you both tested for std's prior to starting to have sex together?

if you already treated for chlamydia, no way to do confirmatory testing to confirm that it wasn't a false positive. since you have symptoms again, you need to be seen again and tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally.

since you are pregnant, make sure you both seek out type specific herpes igg blood testing too. odds are that neither of you were ever tested for herpes before and testing early into pregnancy to know your status is a good idea.

He should be re tested . It is possible it didnt show . Where else would it of came from ? Are you sure he got tested ? They should of gave him the meditation to treat it even if his was negative because yours came back positive and youve slepttogether . If he didnt get treated you are passing it back and fourth .
