i need help

I an currently a trick (trichomonsias) affected efmale i found out nearly 5 months ago that i was a carrier . I went for an annual pregnancy test at my doctors that i do every three months cause i an a very sexual active person but at the time i was not , but had unprotected sex three  times in one night with a one night stand guy . I wasn't expectingany thing to happen as i had never had any stds before. Turns out in that one night not only did he give me trick but also clamydia and got me pregnant . As soon as my doctor was given my results from the lab after a smear test and tested positive for both infections i immediately took the prescribed medication given by my doctor . 1 pill 3 times daily of  e-mycin to get rid of the clamydia which took effect straight away then straight after was a 5 pill dosage of metronidazole to get rid of the trick. Within a week all symptoms were gone but then i also went for an abortion and shortly straight after the trick symptoms were back. So i went back to my doctor to get a repeat but was then given a 7 day course of 2 pills 3 times daily. My taste buds don't exactly agree with most pills and sure enough i threw up the pills while tryin to consume them . I will admit i am a occasional drinker so i missed a few days to ensure i wouldn't experience any side affects. My symptoms are still continuing to carry on and its been nearly 5 months . Could this lead to infertility ?? Cause i am still hoping to have more children . But my main question is , is tinidazole more effectiveand would it wipe my trick away completely cause id really love to have sex again Im so totally embarrassed that i even caught these infections and i desperately need help. I already have an appointment booked  expected tomorrow for another prescription. Which i hope to god help. Any information would be greatly appreciated

We can't give you any other info then what your Dr is going to give you tomorrow. He/she needs to prescribe the correct medication, we can't give out medication info.

Once i experienced the same symptoms after the abortion i did have my self retested and still was positive for trick . I have never used condoms cause i don't  like the feeling but now after experiencing the following std Im sure now to forever use it. I an very young only 21 and id really like to get rid of my trick . Is there any information about the medication that you could help me with my doctors appointment is tomorrow. I really hope i don't have no severe damages like infertility cause i still want more children and i sure never want to have hiv . Please ts me

You would need to be tested again for Trich and I would test for other bacteria (yeast, BV).

You also need to use condoms, ALL OF THE TIME. Trich, chlamydia and pregnancy are just a few things you can get from unprotected sex. You can also get HIV.
