How worried should I be about sex at massage parlor?

4 days ago I went to a massage parlor and received oral for 3 or 4 minutes and PIV for 30 seconds. A condom was used the whole time. I have been worried about stds since. How worried should I be? I'm I overthinking. She put on the condom before anything happened so I assuming it's common practice that she always uses a condom with every client.

There is a low change you could get gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, genital herpes type 1, and syphilis from the oral sex, if that was unprotected. Oral sex is lower risk than PIV.

If you used a condom for the entire thing, I wouldn't worry about a thing. Even if you didn't use one for oral sex, I wouldn't worry unless you get symptoms. Most experts don't think a single act of unprotected oral sex warrants testing.
