itchiness and stinging pain in urethra but no discharge or other symptoms

i need heelp, i ve been feeling itchiness in my urethra and top middle shaft of my penis with a stinging pain as if something is stinging inside me. i ve no other symptoms , no pain when urinating , no discharge everything is normal. i am sexually active and it started after having sex with my girl when she was on her period. can anyone help me , what could be the cause and whats the solution. I visited a Doc and he told me it might be an STI but i got tested STI and UTI it came out negative.He injected an injection for STIs thrice and gave anti biotics , but nothing changed the itchiness and stinging pain still persist in my urethra , am so worried what could it be,,,,, please if anyone can help me . please reply me and tell me whats causing it and whats the solution. please help

It would be advised to have a swab of the inside of your urethra and this could shed light as to  what is going on. This should have been done before you were administerd anti biootics.
