My friend visited a massage parlor asking for him.

Following is a question from my friend. Before answering it would be great if you could share if you are a doctor/sexologist/urologist etc..

I visited a massage parlor yesterday. Unbeknownst to me in middle of massage, the lady removed her shirt and pants and lay with her breast in my mouth. I went ahead and suckled the nipples. She held me penis in her knees and I went on to ejaculate.

There was no penetration as her vagina was always around my stomach.
Should I get tested for any STD/STI?

Thanks

There is no risk here.

Sucking breasts is no risk to adults.

STDs/HIV are transmitted by oral, vaginal or anal sex, and sometimes by direct, unclothed skin to skin contact of the genitals/anal area.

That's it.

There was no direct genital contact too, her genitals might have rubbed against my stomach. I ejaculated between her knees. In that case also, there is no risk right?

I think it is safe and there is no need of testing, just confirming though.
Also when sucking nipples, I did not feel any liquid. There is no risk I believe. Just confirming.
As I stated, there is no risk.

You had no penetration, no genital to genital contact, and there is no risk to adults when sucking breasts (even with liquid).

As there is no risk, there is no need to test.
