Possible STD ? Highly worried please help

Two weeks back I had protected oral and vaginal sex with an escort. But once after removing the condom i touched my penis which might had transmitted the vaginal fluids on the condom to my penis. Since past two days I am experiencing mild tingling on my penis head few times a day and a swollen foreskin. Also, I found out four scattered skin coloured bumps on my left testicle. Please advise the possibility of an STD and its solution.

Hi Jessy/Grace,

I would like to inform you about my sexual history as well. Just to add that I had my testicles licked by the CSW as well in the encounter and have been experienced the same in previous encounters as well. I had a broken condom syndrome back in December last year. Though I tested negative for HIV after three months of that encounter but I suffered from an STD which was like tingling and red spots on penis head.

I went to the urologist yesterday and he found out one skin tag on my left scrotum which he believed was a genital wart. Also, I had a few black bumps/ blackheads on the scrotum as well. He gave me a lotion to apply on the skin tag/genital wart but told that nothing should be applied on the black bumps and leave them like that.

Is it really a genital wart which can develop in 17 days after last encounter or is it a result of previous sexual encounters ?

Please advise have I been infected by any STD ?
