NGU a possibility?

I know I have picked up something. My groin has been tingling for over a month since exposure, also tingling area near tip of penis, tight sensation but not pain in the urethra, sometimes feels like a grip, a few little whites bumps have also appeared. Been tested negative for chlamydia and ghonorea.Going for test for syphillis and HIV tommorow but dont think its either of those. Can NGU do this? So what should i be testing for after receptive oral exposure? I know the odds are stacked etc but I want to treat whatever is giving me the symptoms. Can unspecified bacterial/virual infections manifest themselves in this way?
I am running out of things it could be, but it is something, i know my body

Hi

Its great to hear you know your body.  But I will tell you what you describe with the exception of the bumps appear to be normal feelings of the penis.

To answer your questions: Yep, NGU can do this; also, unspecified bacteral/viral infections CAN manifest themselves in this way.

You are wasting your money for the HIV and syphilis test.
