Red line INSIDE urethra

My girlfriend and I has sex while she was on her period. Fast forward 5 days later and I now see a red line inside my urethra. it roughly --- that long and probably twice as think. I don't see any sores and it does not hurt when I pee. I noticed it after masterbating and then going to clean up.

I took pics of it and I thought we could upload pics here (which is why i registered) but it seems I can't. If there is a a way to send the pics or upload here please let me know. I am a little freaked out because up until now, if this is an STD, I though she has bee faithful.

This doesn't sound abnormal and certainly doesn't suggest any STD. Why are you examining yourself so closely anyway? Nobody looks inside their urethra if they have no symptoms. If you and your partner are monogamous, there's no reason to suspect STD, and sex during menstruation doesn't increase the risk of STD or any other infection. So I see no need for worry. But if you remain concerned, your only option is to see a doctor.

No you can not upload pics, we are not Dr's and pics are useless to us.
Does not sound like a STD, but see a Dr for an exam.
