hey

i have been feeling the burning pain while having sex  does this mean i have an std or an sti?

Just a note -

A pap smear doesn't look for any std.  It only checks for abnormal cells on the cervix.  

If you want to know if you have an infection, you need to be specifically tested.

could be a yeast infection? have you ever been checked for that?...also maybe a lack of lubrication which makes the dryness and friction cause a burning sensation...there's also this condition called vulvodynia, which was actually just recently discovered i believe. of course your doctor can do a pap smear to determine what it is.
