Need your help and advice -Please

I posted a question yesterday about my current condition but could find it here anymore. But anyways, i will try to post my story again as i badly need your advice regarding my condition. I had an unprotected sex 12 days ago in Manila. I asked the girl if she is clean, she told me that she takes good care of her health, although it was a long time already before she had herself checked by a doctor. I penetrated and finished quickly inside here once in a doggie position and that was it. Unfortunately that same night, i had sex with my wife. I had difficulty penetrating her and i suspect that was the reason i experienced some pain in my urethra while urinating (but this urethral pain disappeared 3 days ago) 2 days after that contact. (My wife complains that she's having yellowish vaginal discharge since then) I've also been experiencing pain in my groin lymph nodes.

I started to take amoxicillin a couple of days back. But yesterday afternoon i noticed some scars across my penis skin, about 4 of them, and one small dot of blister maybe, on the foreskin. So i decided to go straight to a doctor last night. He pressed his hands on my groin which made me frown in pain. Showed him the scars and eventually just told me to use protection next time. He prescribed me Momenta cream for the scars and Olfen-50 (Diclofenac-Na 50mg) for the groin pains perhaps. He also advised me to continue my Amoxicillin.

On the other hand, my wife underwent an HIV/Elisa test a couple of days back but this has nothing to do with my infidelity. It was a requirement for her to be a resident in the current country we are in. My questions are, what could be the possible result of her test since it was only about 10 days since my last unprotected contact? Am i possibly infected with STD/HIV? Please enlighten me and encourage me. Thank you.
