Negative Std tests but UTI or NGU synthoms

Five weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex, after one week of exposure I had frequent urination and some burning sensation and itch on the penis so I went to a Doctor and he gave me 10 days of doxycicline and tested me for gonorrhea and chlamydia both negative results (I had white cells little high on urine though) In the past weeks also I was tested of mycoplasma tricho and ureaplasma all negative and rapid hiv test.

I still feel bad with some mild fever every day (37°) some nauseas, frequent urination and ocasional Lower back pain.

What can it be? What should I ask to be tested for? Thanks.

Would suggest to go for another retest on UTI, NGU, gonorrhea and Clamydia. If everything is fine then it should be just your anxiety or injury.
