Never felt so afraid..

Ok... I've had this for over 2 years. I'm only 16 years old and have no idea how I got it. I've never had a sexual experience with anyone because of this. I discovered it and thought nothing of it, probably due to ignorance and because I was 14 years of age.

I believe it is HPV, It is a series/group of painless white bumps/lumps/spots (cant think of a way to describe them) but strangely they ONLY go around the rim of the hed of the penis.

That is exactly how mine looks ^

How do I get rid of it?
Who do I speak to?
I have a girlfriend of 1 year who i have never told... I love her so much... but what do I do?

Please help

this isn't hpv if you aren't sexually active. The location you have symptoms in sounds more like pearly papules of the penis. It's completely normal. follow up wtih your provider to confirm if you are concerned.

If you've never done anything, then more than likely it is Hirsuties papillaris genitalis. Check it on Wikipedia, since I am not sure I can link to it on here.
