Abdominal Cramping

I made a stupid mistake almost 11 weeks ago and at 8.5 week post exposure I tested negative for STDs (HIV, GON, CHLY,   HSV2 and SYPH).  I do have HSV1 - not sure for how long and I don't remember an outbreak as a kid.  My IGM, 8.5 weeks for HSV1, was negative so I don't think I just contracted it, and the IGG was 5.47 (or around there).  I don't have an outbreak now.  I have had for the past week some throat irritation.  No fever (if anything it's the opposite, in the 97.3 range), slight headache at times....red lines on back of throat, minimal pain in neck if any (but lots of anxiety about this throat issue).  Anyway, I performed oral sex on my wife 3 days ago and today she is complaining of cramping.  She is 8 months post pregnancy and weening the baby off of breastfeeding, is this normal?  I don't really think I could have given her anything  bad, test coming up negative.  She did not take a prego test, but she does not think she's pregnant.  She has no other symptoms.  Any ideas?

Thanks Grace,  I could see that as a most likely possibility; appreciate your feedback.

you realize your guilt is the real issue here at this point, not any threat of a std transmitted to your wife?

Forgot to mention… After performing oral sex, my wife and I had vaginal unprotected sex.
