Oral problem

Hi grace
İ have a white poins inside my mouth on and off from 4 months now
. İ also had a 3 days sore thorat and 3 days very very bad tonsils last 4 months(one off only)

And last 2 months my left side neck node swoleen a bit. Still here
İ have tested hiv and hep b hep c negative up to 6 months
What could be white patches inside my mouth??

İ never tested for herpes at all in my life. İs it worth to test  for herpes? 2 months ago i tested for  EBV. And negative
İ have also done full blood test and all fine
İ also tested blood cound and its normall
İ tested for cancer and i dont have it
Thats why std worry
