Pain In The Penis!! Please Help!
Hello. I am 20 year old.
I have a girlfriend, at all the times when i had sex with her, only 2 times i didnt put condom. And last time i think it was 2 weeks ago.
3 days ago, i went to the bathroom and i saw that my head penis was more redness.
And after 2 days i thought it was something that passes quickly. But today started to burn a little the urethra, when i start to pee and when i touch the urethra. I dont know what it is corectlly. It is from bacterium, or something else, becouse 1 week before i think i masturbate with unwashed hand. And im very scared if is something from the sex (( Please if you can help me with any response, i will appreciate it.

Sorry but i forgot to write something else, becouse I'll get a yellow liquid in the top of the penis... Please if you can help me another time with some answers ?

Your symptoms aren't really consistent with the bacterial STDs. Wait a couple days if the burn in your urethra doesn't go away, go and be seen by a clinic/physician.
