Risks of unprotected anal intercourse (receiving) -- Please Reply

Hello there, im in my late teens.I decided to try something new for new years, so i arranged to meet an older man with the agreement we would wear condoms. He was quite forceful and i felt very intimidated, he told me he had to give me a rim job so that it would be easier to insert his penis, i didnt want to have any oral sex, but accepted mainly through fear as he was quite aggresive. So he gave me a rim job, inserted fingers, then proceeded to put his penis in with a condom on. during anal intercourse he removed the condom without my knowledge and he ejaculated inside my anus. I was very upset when i realised he didnt use the condom. Also i may have an anal fissure.

My questions are - Does having a hemmerhoid increase the risk of contracting an STD through anal intercourse and rimming ( for the receiver )
-What STD's am i at risk of getting ?
-How long should i wait before getting tested ? ( i read you have to wait 3 months before testing for HIV, i want to get tested for everything that i am at risk from )
-What symptoms should i look out for and when would they usually show up

The reason i am extremly worried is because when i confronted him he lied about it. And the fact that he is a lot older (late 30's) Overall it was a terrible experience and i feel sick to my stomach thinking about it. Please help me! Im terrified

Well no reason to look for symptoms as testing should be done. I will give you testing times...
Gonorrhea and chlamydia-anal swab-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
Herpes and HIV-3 months (HIV DUO test at 28 days is very good indication)

You will have to tell Dr what happened so they give you the anal swab and not standard urine test. Might want to ask this guy about his HIV status as you are still in the window period foe PEP.

Thanks for getting back to me Vance.

Just back from the clinic and they have given me a schedule of appointments and a course of PEP.

I have one more qeustion for you if thats ok.

I have anxiety, will PEP make my anxiety worse ? If so will the damage be permanent ?
