Painful tip of penis

First of all, i had unprotected sex and also received oral with a friend of mine six months ago...she insisted that she was clean, so i foolishly continued...since it has been so long ago, i have forgotten when i noticed the pain but when i did, i noticed a pain/itch coming from the tip of my penis...about a month later, i went to the university physician and got urine tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea...the test came back negative for both so i ignored the pain until i couldn't any longer, which was about a month...i then went back and got a swab test for a fungal specimen but they did not find any signs...i was not satisfied so they prescribed me a fungal cream that provided no relief...a couple weeks later i went back...thinking it possibly could be herpes, so i had a hsv 2 blood test taken since i already get cold sores...that test also came back negative...i went back one last time and the physician assumed that it was excema and proscribed me a steroid ointment that provided no relief.

My entire tip is red and irritated all the time...there are two adjacent small, red bumps located on the lower opening that a very sensitive and painful...when i have an erection, the head of my penis is shiny...

During sex, she did get dry so i assume that i have damaged the head of my penis and i also believe that she scraped my head and tip with her teeth because there are two red marks on the head leading straight to the tip...

I recently went to a dermatologist and he said that everything looked normal and suggested to just apply vaseline to the head and tip and stop everything else, he also suggest that i see a urologist...

I really need to figure this out and would appreciate the help...I have not had sex since and will not until i get information that seems right...i didn't think the penis would take so long to heal, if it has been scraped...and if it is in the healing process, are the bumps there to heal the tip?
