Painless bump on base of shaft

Hi, I've been getting these painless skin colored bumps in the exact same spot, constantly, for about a year now. There  is not discoloration, it is skin colored. It is not painful at all. I have "popped" one before but nothing came out, no puss, no whit estuff, nothing. It did heal over with a scab, much like a pimple. I don't believe it is ingrown hairs or pimples. I'd say in the past year I've had them at least half that time. It's usually just one, but one time there were two. They last less than two weeks. The locations is really not on my shaft at all, it's more in the crease where the shaft meets the skin.

What could this be?

first get a visual exam and see if you even need testing. if this is something completely normal, no reason to test for std's. make sense?

if cost is an issue, look to your local health department to find out where you can get tested for most std's free or low cost.

odds are these aren't std related. best thing to do is to be seen and have a proper evaluation.
