Discharge questions

Several months ago, I received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker, once in China and once in Philippines.  Since then, no symptoms of anything as far as buring whne I urinate or anything.  However, occasionally I do notice some cloudy/grey discharge from my penis, but only when I "milk" it.  It looks more like semen than pus.  It isn't think like pus and it is not yellow or green.  It is not consistent.  It comes and goes.  I may have it one day, maybe two, then weeks and have none.

I am in my mid-fifties and do have BPH and take meds for it.  So, my question is, does this discharge sound like an STD or more like a prostate issue?  If it were gonorrhea, or NGU, would it be sporadic, or would it be more persistent?  Also, if it were one of these STD's would it be thick enough that I would notice dried/crusty stains in my underwear?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, it would be consistent, and would likely worsen.

Thanks much AJ.  You're a gem for all you do to help people here.

I thought as much as well, but wanted to ask.  if it were an STD, it would be consistent, and probably worsen without treatment, correct?

Thanks.

Sounds like prostate to me, but if you are concerned, you should just test and rule out stds being a factor.  If it were an std, it would be consistent.
