Penile discharge but test negative for all stds!

so i had a condom break with a csw 3 months ago and been to a GUM clinic countless times. also have been to my doctor a bunch. ive tested negative for all STDs except HSV, i dont know which type. Culture test also show up negative. This includes mycoplasma, ureaplasma, trich, everything i can tthink of .Well since then ive had discharge of my penis that started insignificant but has gotten worse. The discharge mainly occurs when i am errect and after plenty of stimulation (this is way more than precum). Also shows up after i ejaculate as almost a second load. I went to a urologist and they diagnosed me with prostatitis. Ive been on Doxycycline for 1 month and nothings truly got better. i have 2 more weeks on the medication. WHAT CAN I DO? also im skeptical on it being prostatitis. especially if antibiotics hasnt cleared this up. Should i try and do a semen anaylsis? and how do i go about getting my doctor to use a camera to look into my urethera. (if the discharge is being cause by herpes sores im assuming this could diagnose it.

A CLEAR DIAGNOSES WOULD PROVIDE ME WITH SO MUCH RELIEF
