Penile discharge
So about two weeks ago I got drunk and started puking that same night. The next day I was hung over and had diarrhea and my penis started getting this white discharge. This has happened before as well when I had food poisoning I was getting discharge with that too. Its unusual though because it stops after I start feeling better. Im afraid I might have an std but it might just be paranioa and all in my head. But with the described symptoms could it really be a sign of an std?(the discharge happens with/while having the diarrhea).

Hi, there is no std that gives symptoms of a white discharge the next day.
