Penile discomfort

Its three day since I visited an Asian spa, where I received protected oral sex and vaginal sex. In the middle the condom was taken off and then reapplied (no new condom was used). I am now experiencing sensitivity towards the rim of my penis and what seems to be the urethra as well. I know my risk exposure is low but I cant stop looking for signs of an STD. Is this all in my head? The issue mainly started last night after my shower and has persisted ever since...

No reason to think a STD since you used protection. In the furute if you take the condom off, use a new one.
