Hello. Recently I was tested for HIV on April 8th and it came back negative. Risk behavior was on the last days of march. 21 y/o gay male. Risk was oral. Around the 19th I noticed a red rash on my right cheek. It was pink and pebble textured and around an inch wide. Later that week around the 24th I noticed another spot on my chest, which was followed by more small round (some oval) patches on my stomach. Pale pink and 1cm to. 5 in each. Itched when I showered or worked out. Some were flaky. They spread as far as my wrist but got smaller (and more spread out) than the rest on my chest. No rash on hands nor feet. Now, I suspected Pityriasis Rosea as the culprit but today (5/5) I woke up with my right side of my throat sore. No pain in swallowing but it feels as something is there. Prior to this I had dry throat (with an itch on the left side and in my ear) with periods of mucus running down. The night before the sore throat I had a mild headache. Should I be worried? The rash on my face was gone in a week and the ones on my chest are turning brownish. What should be my next step?
