Please Evaluate My Risk

Hi, I performed oral sex on a woman briefly about 3 months ago. I have since had nausea, leg pain, and some fatigue. I have a negative Hepatitis blood test after 4 weeks. How accurate is the test after 4 weeks? Is oral sex on a woman a likely route of transmission?
