Is this herpes, HPV, or an infection? I'm losing my mind

So about 10 days ago I was raped. After the fact I had some cuts and I figured it was because of the force. A few days went on and the cuts seemed to be getting worse, hurting while I urinated. About 3 or 4 days ago, I developed a bump on my outer labia, thinking it was a pimple or an ingrown hair I tried to squeeze it but nothing happened except I accidently ripped the skin off causing a cut. My thighs started to feel sore (which they don't anymore) but it was about 6 or 7 days after the rape so I didn't think it was from my fighting and struggling and also I think my groin lymphnodes are sore, not too sure where they're exactly located though. I then noticed another bump under the first one and I read all about herpes (psyching myself out). The cuts/sores on the inner labia by my vagina have become unbeareable, I can't urinate without crying but I came up with the idea to go in the shower and cover my vagina with a cloth so it doesn't drip from my urethra.

Now, on day 10, I woke up with about 5 more bumps on my outer labia and one I think on my anus but I can't touch or look because of the pain from my vagina and the cuts. I do have HPV but this doesn't really look like genital warts. My mom is saying it could be an infection or cysts but I feel she might be saying that out of hope or trying not to upset me. I've tried to look at pictures of herpes but most of the pictures are severe and don't look like mine. Mine just look like red bumps.

I did go to my gyno yesterday and he tested for everything, and cultured the cuts I assume causing them to regress in healing because today is constant pain. At that time I only had 2 bumps and he didn't really comment on them all he said was "I do see a few abrasions." He gave me a spray that is used for burns, cuts, sunburns, etc. and it's an antibacterial which he also gives to women who just gave birth to numb the pain but it doesn't seem to be working. I have been putting Neosporin on the cuts (is that safe?) which is the only thing that seems to help a little. I can't walk or sit without being in pain. As I lay now, I do feel some throbbing pain but it's bearable.

Any doctor's opinion would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for taking the time to read this. My gut feeling is herpes but I'd rather a doctor's point of view because my results should be back Friday and I'm driving myself crazy with this. I can't wait until then without some direction. I've been crying (which also hurts my vagina) trying to figure out what to do. Also, if someone could give me any tips for relieving the pain would be appreciated as well.

Again, thank you in advance. Anymore details needed just ask.

Oh okay I didn't realize that thank you. I'm trying to stay with my doctor but he can't really do or say anything until the results come back Friday and I'm going absolutely crazy
