Does the vaginal secretion contain the syphilis virus?

I had a protected intercourse with a sex worker,but her vaginal secretion run out to the root of my penis(the part that the condom can not cover).
1.does the vaginal secretion contain the syphilis virus?
2.if there is an open wound at the root of my penis,am I at risk?

protected sexual contact reduces the risk of syphilis infection but not completely.  if you are concerned, follow up with proper testing 6 weeks post encounter. you also can follow up with herpes igg blood testing anytime after 3 months post encounter.

have you had your gardasil shots at all?
