Can any STD be transmitted by touching penis then fingering vagina?

I have no symptoms of any STD, however, my question is whether any STD can be transmitted through masturbating my penis then immediately fingering my partners vagina. I have read that Mycoplasma can be spread in this way. I am concerned as my partner has had irregular and heavy and painful periods a number of months after this (symptoms of PID?) There has been no penetrative intercourse.

Hi what your describing is zero risk for transmitting any std and Mycoplasema is a natural bacteria in the body that only becomes an issue when growing out of control.

Many thanks for the quick response, is that the case also for Mycoplasma Genitalium? Apologies I should have included that information in my initial question. Thank you.
Also, is it the same answer no matter how far into the vagina I fingered, i.e. to the clitoris?
