Whats going on?

I had received oral sex on saturday night early sunday morning.....i went to sleep after but when i woken up i had a big idk what it was like on the side of my face near below my cheeck i had a open sore almost like i had my skin cut.....when i woke up it was already black but it still felt like it was wet and everytime i touched it it felt wet but it wasnt wet.......why would i wake up to a scar and the day is thanksgiving and it started scabbing up on monday-tuesday.....what is this and what caused this??? I didnt use a condom and i only got oral.....i dont see no significant other issues to be alert about but what is this????is this a STI, could i have been cut while i was sleep???

You probably scratched yourself.  This happens.  What you describe is not std related.  NO std's cause anything like that.  So, would this be bad?  Well, it's not related to an STD so . . .   don't know if a common scratch is bad to you or not.  Having received oral sex would not result in a scratch on your face. Perhaps someone or something scratched you in your sleep.  In the absence of symptoms of an HIV (which you do not have thus far), you do not need to test from the exposure of receiving oral sex.

There is no STD that would cause this phenomenon.  This issue appears to be independent of your sexual act, and you should see a doctor at the first opportunity.

Would this be bad??like now i put a bandage over it and now the scab fell apart its judt pink now.....and now it feels wet again....why is this?
