Is this a vein on my penis head? Or something worse?
So this has been on my penis for a while, and I can’t figure out what it is. It does not hurt, and sometimes I can’t see it, but for the majority of the time it is there. Does anyone know what this could be?

Have you had any unprotected sexual encounter that suggest you that it's a STD ?

Only around a year ago with my then longtime girlfriend of 2 years. I haven’t had any complications otherwise, just this. I feel like I probably had it for longer than when I found it but it doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort so it was hard to notice.
