Symtoms Of Std/Sti? Help!

Hi medhelp, was a bit worried over my last encounter with a woman. I did not have sex with her but masturbated with a condom. I also climaxed in the condom. But I'm worried over the acts that happened during foreplay. I was kissing her on her belly, her upper body and some  brief french kissing. Sort of rubbing my face too.
She then masturbated me with bare hands. I also happened to rub my penis on her belly and breasts for about a minute when I noticed some pre semen on her breasts. After this I wore a condom and then finally ejaculated.
But I'm experiencing some symptoms today like pain in the groin region and around testicles. Also around the head of my penis. I have an itchy face today. Has gone a bit dry and reddish on some parts and I think I might develop a rash.
I just don't know how to react to this. I'm losing sleep as it might be an std. I'm aware of stds and avoided sex but my encounter and symptoms are worrying me. What is wrong with me?
She did not look like she had an active disease, but i noticed some marks on her belly which could because of hsv. But im just guessing. What should I do here? Please advise.
Thank You.

Hi what your describing would be zero risk for any std so what ever symptoms your experiencing are not related to the act.
