Possible STD Infection or Just a Coincidence?

Two weeks ago, I received unprotected oral sex from a women and there was also some genital to genital touching, but no unprotected sex or any sex for that matter.

A few days ago I started developing pink eye in my left eye. The first two days were brutal, very watery and some light crust. No green or yellow goo oozing. I received some antibiotic drops which appear to be helping as there is no more itch, little to no crust (but there was never a lot to begin with) and not watering or tearing up all day today.

About two days after the pink eye started, the tip of my penis was a little tender. I'm urinating a lot today, but I also drink a lot of tea. No discharge, no foul smell, nothing odd about the urine, no pain or burn when urinating.

I don't know if this is all coincidental or I should be worried about an STD.

The frequent urination stopped the following day after it began and I drank a lot today. My only symptom now is pink eye.
