Razor rash or something more?

So, about a week ago maybe a week and a half I lost my virginity and the guy I was with suggested that I I shave my pubic region, so I did. I feel like I should note I'm far from the best at it. Anyways, I made the mistake of not using a condom and now am a bit slightly worried. I have red bumps on the outside on the skin of my lower region and I made the mistake of trying to squeeze them (I know I know, bad idea) so that just irritated them more.

My problem is now, is its kind of itchy all around and I can't tell if it's because of the bumps, the slightly growing hair or if it's something of an STD. there's no concerning bumps or pain inside the labia, just a bit itchy. And the smaller red bumps on the outside aren't painful at all except for the ones I irritated by squeezing a bit much.

I really hate doctors and blood drawing so I'm trying to avoid the major STD tests unless I have a reason to panic. Granted, I am a bit panicked though because we didn't use a condom and now I have this issue. Although if it's something I should note, he uh didn't finish at all so I couldn't have gotten anything from his bodily fluids and there wasn't any bumps of any sort on him
