Diffrent bumps on my penis!?

I had unprotected sex with a girl and the day after a red bump apeared, it dosnt ich or hurt, not even to the touch. It's just now going away after about two weeks, what could that be? When the bump showed up I became very paranoid and started to inspect my penis. I noticed hundreds of tiny bumps not even raised, and a few raised bumps. I tried to pop the big bumps and a white stringy substance came out, none of these bumps ich or hurt, not to the touch. It dosnt burn to pee or anything. Zero pain. I have only had sex one time, she took my virginity. I'm only 17 and I'm so scared. Could I have a STD? I don't know what to do. Help please

No you should not be concerned because those are pretty normal. Just do as AJ advised and you should be all good.

You wouldn't have symptoms of an std the next day.  It takes at least 2 days, usually longer.

My guess is that you have some fordyce spots (google those for images), and maybe some clogged hair follicles.

Keep the area clean and dry and stop picking at them.
