Possible std from sex worker??
Hi there I'm a 28 year old male and would greatly appreciate any advice any doctors out there could give me!
On tues 29th dec 2015 I had protected vaginal, protected anal sex and un-protected oral (blowjob) from a sex worker! This happened around 3pm! The next day around 24 hours later I started to feel a bit unwell, my stomach had a pain in it and my testes and groin started to get an intermittent dull pain in them, predominantly in the left side! Along with this I had a severe loss of appetite and generally not feel great! This has continued into today (sat 2nd). I thought it might be genital herpes from what I googled!
Last nite I noticed two small white spots between my fingers on my left side but nothing as yet on my penis and NO real burning itching or spots etc on my penis!
I understand anxiety doesn't help the situation and can heighten symptoms bt it's hard not too be and know its defiantly not sll in my head! Surely symptoms would take longer than 24hrs!
If anyone could shed a bit of light on this as to what it may be I would be sooo grateful! Thank you!

Thank you very much for you reply! It's very reassuring and a HUGE weight off my shoulders! I am goin to have a good nights sleep tonight! I am booked into the gum clinic in two weeks also just in case but feel a lot better now! Thanks again!

Don't worry about the cut on your finger. Unless the cut was deep and was bledding when you were with the prostitute (which I assume it was not) that was not a risk for STD's.
It's a good thing you used a condom for vaginal and anal sex. That reduces your risk from that exposures to virtually zero. The only risky thing was the unprotected oral. Nevertheless if you don't develope real sypmtoms like open sores, discharge or sensations like burning, you have little to worry about.
For HIV, you should post on HIV forum.

Since I posted this I have realised that I had a cut on my finger when I was inserting it into her vagina! This is in the area where the the 3 white spots have shown up!
What are the chances I have contracted an std (possibly herpes) from this? Also another worry I have is how easily other stds could of been caught like this! My main worry is hiv!
Any advice would be so good as I'm a nervous wreck at the minute! Thanks
