when shaving about a month ago I noticed what appeared to be a skin tag a few cm above my penis. Not sure how long it had been there as I hadn't shaved for 1-2 months (I was sexually active in that time). in the past few weeks several small, pimple like, skin colored growths have popped up in the same area. what would you say this is
