Potential STD and Limited Options

Hello All,

So I'm in a bit of a unique situation.  I was in Asia and had sex with a club girl, and the condom broke.  As a safety precaution I took 1 G of zithro and moved on.  A day or two later I noticed a tiny bit of clear discharge, but it also coincided with when I was aroused so I'm not sure if it is mental or what.

Anyway, a week later and I still have some feeling of having to urinate, and it sometimes feels like I'm having a drip, but I look and nothing is there.

Are my crazy?  I'm forward deployed, so getting a panel is not an option.  I know that is what should occur.  I'm just super paranoid of HIV and or other STDs, but I guess that's the risk right?

Apparently we've missed the part about being forward deployed and not being able to do tests.......

Yes that is the risk with a broken condom.
Test now for gonorrhea and chlamydia
3 months for herpes and HIV.
