Protected sex with CSW but symptoms showing

Hello everyone! Last April 21 I had protected sex with a CSW(F) and unprotected oral. Its worth mentioning that the sex worker was very professional on doing her job because she cleaned her vagina with 2 different cleaning product, brushed her teeth, and washed her whole body before and after engaging. The condom was 100% safe based on my observation because she made a knot to make sure there are no leaks. What concerns me though is that 15 days after my exposure, my body showed symptoms of HIV such as Rashes on chest and back, Fatigue, mouth sores, and loss of appetite (Uncommon symptoms I experienced: sensitivity to light, blurry vision, and hives). I know that these are common symptoms for any other virus/std that I may get from having sex. I would also like to note that I did not experience other symptom for HIV such as Fever, Headache, Muscle/Joint pains, chills, swollen lymph-nodes etc. I just want to know if anyone has the same symptoms that eventually turned out to be any other kind of virus/sti. I intend to get tested within this week and hopefully remove my anxiety totally. Any response would be highly appreciated and could help a guy sleep well tonight lol.

No STD causes blurred vision or sensitivity to light. That sounds like a type of neurological event, perhaps a migraine, which you can have without pain.

Did you happen to see a doctor? Maybe you had an allergic reaction to something.

Well according to google, syphilis can cause you to have blurry vision and sensitivity to light but can’t really trust it. I saw a doctor but did not fully disclosed my history with csw since he’s our family doctor and scared that he will be telling everything to my family. I plan to talk to someone within this week particularly specializing in sti/std. Thanks for the response!
I just remembered, maybe the blurry vision and sensitivity to light is caused by my insomnia since getting the symptoms. I was really paranoid and anxiety is so high(as the name would suggest). I would usually sleep for 4 hours then wouldn’t be able to sleep again for another 1-2 hour.
Syphilis doesn't cause anything neurological for a long, long time - years, not days, weeks or months.

Your reaction to this is way out of proportion to the actual risk level. Chances of being infected with anything are very low.

With the protected vaginal, if no part of your pubic area made rubbing contact with hers, then its zero risk for any std and even if it did you couldnot contract HIV from it. With the oral would be low risk for herpes, gono, chamydia. None of the symptoms you mention would be from these.

I have a pretty long pubic hair. But even so, I made sure that it was clean before and after having sex. I know it’s not enough but what are the possible stis/stds I could get from that kind of exposure? Thanks in advance.
