A doctor told me people might get gonorrhoea and other STDs by bare penis touching the underwear,sheet and towel which there may be some body liquids!For example, In message room, bare penis touches the sheet that could be used by anyone,and the one may live some body liquids on it!And people steal a underwear to handjob,there may be some body liquids on the underwear.
So I want to know if people get gonorrhoea or other STDs by this way!

If the penis or foreskin has some wound,score or abrasion,is there still no risk?
