Query regarding Mycoplasma genitalium testing, I am so much confused

Hello

I recently did a test for mycoplasma genitalium which came negative.

It was a real time PCR test.

The sample required was first void urine (20-30ml).

I submitted the first morning first void sample (As it is the most concentrated urine having more bacterial DNA if it is there) but I didn't knew the about the quantity to be given so I gave around 50ml first void sample.

Now I am worried if I got a negative test due to the dilution of the urine sample due to increased quantity.

Could anyone here confirm about the accuracy of the PCR test in case the sample got diluted? Can I rely on my test results? I can't confirm it from the lab as it is really far and I don't have any contact info.

Please help me.
