Question about STD Risk

Hi, this is my problem:
I have done mutual rubbing(penis to penis 2 years ago), mutual masturbation, given and recieved oral sex (not often, not very sexually active). My last encounter was a mutual masturbation case without ejaculation. Precum came in contact with my penis, but that only lasted for about 5 seconds. It's been three months since this encounter. Recently, (i don't know if i've caught it before) I realized that there are tiny white spots on the tip of my penis. The skin on the tip of my penis is wrinkled, and the little dots are more obvious when i'm not erect. When I am erect, it seems like a small area of tiny bumps. When I try squeezing it, there is no obvious discharge.  I've never had insertive anal sex nor vaginal sex. I got tested negative for HIV and syphillis. The tiny bumps have no pain and I haven't had any obvious lesions. These tiny bumps are only visible when I look very closely. What could this possibly be?? HSV? HPV? ~~~and what are the chances of getting STD's from my actions? Please help thanks!

I am wondering...are genital warts from hpv usually obvious and noticable to the naked eye? What do they look like exactly? Is treatment necessary? I still haven't gotten these tiny raised spots or dots seen..furthermore...is the head of the penis being wrinkled a normal thing?

I see this question ask A LOT on this forum and my advice is always to tell the guys to google Fordyce's Granules.  They are tiny sebaceous oil glands they are often found in the mouth and on the genitals.  They are completely harmless, although not aesthetically pleasing as you have expressed.  I would also google Pearly Penile Papules, they also look like tiny bumps often found on the head of the penis.Take a look at some of the pictures, and read the info you might be surprised to find out that they are nothing to worry about.

Just something to think about before getting tested since Vance said the risk is low

Well in most men about 90% if you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU from receiving oral sex you would show symptoms. oral gonorrhea from giving probably will not show any symptoms.
You can also get herpes and syphilis which will show symptoms.

Overall the risk from oral sex is low, but possible. If you are concerned then you can get tested and if you do make sure they do a throat swab.

Chance of a STD form your recent action is very very very low. See a Dr about those white bumps, because bumps can be so many different things, but they do not sould like HSV or HPV.
